Remember when the Personal Audio vs Apple lawsuit came to an end? Well looks Personal Audio is back, hitting Cupertino with a bigger punch this time. The first time, PA won the fight over Apple infringing upon PA's playlist-related IP with an list of older iPods. Well this time around, PA is suing over the newer Apple devices over the same argument. Not like Apple's going to hurt big if PA snags another victory, but hey, anything is possible.
